Good deal on first course

As a new customer, I used the first course discount for the Advanced crochet techniques course. It felt like a really good deal for the amount of content. I was comparing prices with other sites and this one offered a lot for less, especially with the discount applied. The lessons are comprehensive and I already feel like I've improved my skills. Definitely worth the money I spent.

Fun pattern, easy to follow

I got the Octopus crochet kit last week and it was super fun to make. The yarn was nice and soft, and the pattern made sense even for me. It took like 5 days to reach Denver, which was fine. Pretty happy with how it turned out!

Good course, slow support

I purchased the Beginner crochet course and found the video tutorials clear and well-paced. I learned a lot of basic stitches. My only complaint is that when I had a question about a specific technique, it took customer support almost 3 days to get back to me. The course itself is great value, but quicker responses would make it a perfect experience.

Great kit, well-organized site

I bought the Triceratops crochet kit for my nephew's birthday. The ordering process was smooth, and I appreciated the detailed product description that listed all included materials. Shipping was standard, arrived in about a week. All the yarn colors were vibrant, and the instructions were printed clearly in the pattern book. I also checked out some of the free video tutorials on their site while waiting for the kit, which was a nice bonus. Everything felt well-organized and professional.

Does anyone know if they ship the kits to Canada? I'm eyeing that cute piglet one but worried about international shipping.

I'm in the UK and got a kit, so I think they do international. Shipping might be a bit extra though.

They do! I just ordered the whale kit to Toronto last month. Took about 2 weeks to get here.

Anyone know if I can combine a gift card with a coupon code? Got a gift card for my birthday and a newsletter sign-up discount I want to use.

M Megan Silva 3 months ago
Pretty sure you can use both. I've done it before for a kit.

Yeah, you should be able to. I used a gift card and a flash sale code on my last purchase without any problems.

What's the deal with the student discount? Is it only for certain courses or can I use it on anything?

N Neil Patel 3 months ago
I think it's for courses and patterns, maybe not kits? Not 100% sure on the kits.

Pretty sure it applies to most digital stuff, like patterns and courses. I used mine for an advanced techniques course last semester.

How do these courses compare to something like Skillshare? I've done a few crochet classes there, wondering if Crochetmilie is worth the switch.

R Rachel 2 months ago
I've used both. Crochetmilie feels a bit more focused specifically on crochet, and the patterns are really unique. Skillshare is broader.

Crochetmilie is way more in-depth for crochet stuff, imo. Skillshare is fine for intros but Crochetmilie takes it further.

Hey has anyone tried the beginner course? I'm totally new to crochet and wondering if it's actually good for someone who's never even held a hook before.

N Nina Osei 2 months ago
Yeah, I did! It literally starts from scratch, like how to hold the yarn and everything. Super helpful.

Totally. I had no clue what I was doing and now I've made like three amigurumi from their patterns. You'll be fine.
